The overall objective of the MOBI-KIDS project aims to assess the potential associations between use of communication devices and other environmental risk factors and brain tumours.

To conduct a multinational epidemiological case-control study of brain tumours diagnosed in young people in relation to communication technologies and environmental risk factors in 12 countries

To analyse the relation between different possible risk factors of brain tumours in the general environment of young people
Therefore, over a study period of five years, nearly 2000 young people between 10 to 24 years with brain tumours and a similar number of young people without a brain tumour will be invited to participate in the study.
